Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in La Ceiba. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and timely manner.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and company policies.

  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Document customer interactions and update account information in the CRM system.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

  • Follow company workflows, guidelines, and quality standards.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or call center experience.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Basic computer proficiency, including typing skills and familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems.

  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends or holidays if required.

  • Strong attention to detail, active listening skills, and a customer-first mindset.
